Alycia Debnam-Carey is an Australian actress best known for Fear the Walking Dead and other TV series. At the age of 8 she began acting at the age of 8 in Sydney, Australia. Martha's New Coat short film in which she appeared it, was her debut film role. Her TV debut was on an episode of the TV show McLeod's Daughter. Her first important work was as a regular character in the sci-fi TV series The 100 . The show was based on the novel series of the same name. She portrayed Commander Lexa who was an imposing chief of twelve clans. The horror TV drama Fear the Walking Dead increased the popularity of her character. The show was met positively by critics and has also won multiple awards and nominations. Jigsaw Girl, The Branch and other shorts have also included her. In the disaster film found-footage Into the Storm she made her debut in a feature film. The film was a huge success commercially, but it received mostly unfavourable reviews.
