Andrea Anders
Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised at Madison, Wisconsin but now is a resident of Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. After that, in 1997 she earned an undergraduate degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's in Fine Arts degree in 2001. Between 2006 and 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on set of the show that was cancelled, dated. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive; The Never Been Thawed). Anders was first working in the theatre in the year 2001. In the Broadway show Proof, she was Mary Louise Parker's sub-study. In the following production, The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her debut appearance on The Arena Stage. New Doors occurred at The Guthrie Theater. The two New York Stage & Film productions, namely Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also produced in the hands of New York Stage & Film. Anders was first seen on stage in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig shut down on July 1st, 2007 with her as the role of accountant Jeannie. Anders made her first television appearance on the Dannon commercial which ran throughout the 90s until 2006. Anders was most well-known for her appearances in Joey in Joey and The Class, where she was Nicole Allen Campbell (the ex-wife of a football player) (and as lawyer Alex Garrett). The two series ended up being cancelled despite her appearance in each episode. Anders was a guest on One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. and Tru Calling. In 2003, she was Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders appeared on Numb3rs in 2008 too. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled TV pilots. Spellbound And News To Me were the two pilots that failed on television. Anders His most recent performance was on Better Off Ted. This is a work-related comedy that uses only one camera and created by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
